Cancellation And Refund Policy
We WANT you to attend the program you registered for. We can only fulfill on our mission to support you in your personal transformation if you attend the event you registered for. Once you register you are holding one of the spaces available and we incur expenses immediately upon your registration for the program including but not limited to merchant fees, administration fees, materials costs, room rental expenses, hotel and food expenses based on your commitment to attend. In addition, any cancellation prevents us from having adequate time in marketing efforts to fill your space. If you are unable to attend and have an emergency that prevents you from attending, we will still have incurred hotel room and food costs for your attendance. For this reason, all registrations are final. There are no refunds for any reason. And if you have a payment plan, you are still responsible for the remaining payments you agreed to for the registration of this program to be paid by the program starting date.
We are dedicated to preserving the emotional safety and confidentiality of our participants. For the safety of all the attendees, Debbie Lynn Grace International reserves the right to ban any participant from the program during any live event for any reason it deems appropriate including and not limited to inappropriate behavior in a group environment, disruption to the event, breaking the confidentiality agreement, illegal activities conducted during the event and unprofessional or unethical behavior with any other program participant. If you are asked to leave, no refunds or credit will be granted and you may be banned from future live events offered by Debbie Lynn Grace International along with removal from the Private Facebook group.

Cancellation and Refund Requests
You have a grace period to request a refund for the product or program you ordered. Please see the page you registered for your program to find out the refund grace period. You must e-mail us within the grace period at CustomerCare@DebbieLynnGrace.com to request your refund for the original amount you paid for the program or class. If you registered with a pay plan and request a refund within the grace period, your initial payment will be refunded and the remaining payments due will be cancelled. Your refund request will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. All payments are final with no refunds after the grace period. If you choose a payment plan and request a refund after the grace period, your initial payment will not be refunded and any remaining payments are still due.
Overdue payments
If you selected a payment plan and any subsequent payment due is declined on your credit card, you must supply our office with a valid credit card on file within 3 days of notification of your declined card or you will not be allowed access to the course material, any bonuses associated with the program or attend an event until we have a valid card on file for your payment.
Any outstanding payments due over 30 days for any product, online program or live event will be turned over to a recovery service along with an additional recovery service fee of $100. If you have any outstanding payments due over 30 days, you will no longer be eligible to register for any future live paid courses or events offered by Debbie Lynn Grace.
